About Soberon Meats



We are a small family farm that raises grass-based lambs, pasture pork, free-range hens, and rabbits. Our pork and lamb products are processed at a USDA inspected plant and vacu-sealed for maximum freshness. At Soberon Meats, we believe you will taste the difference in the meat we raise from animals given the highest standards of care and welfare with carefully balanced minerals and rotationally grazed pastures.

Our lambs are born in the spring to enjoy grass throughout the growing season on carefully maintained and rotated pastures. Order your whole lamb cut to order at a local USDA inspected facility and vacuum packed. Our price includes processing. Lambs will be available for pick up in October and late November this year.
